Another quick and easy recipe for a healthy treat: the Green Smoothie ♥
I love to have it on weekends as a snack or as a post workout treat. I don’t have this everyday because it is rather high carb, but it is definitely good for you!

  • 1 Handfull Frozen Spinach
  • 2/3 of a Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tbsp Green Smoothie Powder
  • 1 Spoon / 30g Vegan Protein Blend
  • 1 Cup / 250 mlRice Milk
  • Water (depends if you like it thick or not)

350 calories
→ 27g / 32% protein
→ 47g / 57% carbs
→ 4g / 11% fat
→ 6g fiber
