I am sharing a Full Stretching Routine with you! You can do this 16 minute stretch with me after your workout or also on a rest day to recover your sore muscles.
This is an example of my usual stretch routine. I try to stretch after every workout and to do a long stretching routine like this at least 4 times a week.
I also want to tell you what I am doing wrong and what my weak parts are. My hips are my weakness, I am very inflexible in my hips. And when I looked at this video I realized, that my back is too round all the time. I have to work on it and keep it flat. So do it better than me and try to engage your core and keep your back as flat as possible!
