Healthy Breakfast Mugcake Recipe


Ugh I just realized for how long I haven’t been posting something on the blog. At least I was pretty active on my Instagram Account. But today I have a new recipe for you! I was creating a Breakfast Mugcake a few days ago and it was sooo goood ♥ It is full of healthy fats and protein packed, your sweet tooth will be satisfied and you will feel full.

Breakfast Mug Cake

Recipe for a Healthy Breakfast Mugcake

  • 40g (¼) Avocado
  • 30g (1 Tbsp) (lactose free) Cottage Cheese

→ Mash it together with a fork

  • 20g (1 serving) of Protein Powder of your choice
    (I used the Purya Vegan Protein Drink Kakao-Carob)
  • 9g (1 Tbsp) Almond Meal
  • 60g Egg-whites (or 2 whole eggs)
  • 30ml (3 Tbsp) Almond Milk
  • Spice it with Cinnamon or use more Cacao Powder if you like

→ Mix everything well together

  • Microwave it for 1.5 Minutes on High
  • Top it with what you desire! I topped it with 50g reduced warm berries, 3g almond butter and some puffed quinoa
The Macros for 1 Mugcake without toppings:
256 calories | 24.1g Protein | 11.4g Fat | 14.4g Carbs | 5.2g Sugars | 6.7g Fibers

Keep in mind that the toppings could double the macros so choose wisely. I would highly suggest to weigh your nut butters because they are very calorie dense!
