It does not only sound freakin amazing, it also is freakin delish! Today I share a easy and healthy breakfast recipe to make this healthy peanut butter rice pudding.

Healthy Treat: Peanut Butter Rice Pudding

Recipe for Peanut Butter Rice Pudding:

  • Cook about 40g (1/4 Cup) Brown Rice in any nut milk you like for 15 minutes (I use mostly Almond or Rice Milk
  • Add powdered or normal peanut butter (I used PB2)
  • Mix well and let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes, then take it off the heat
  •  Mix in a scoop of your favourite vegan protein (I love the Pea Protein from Tropeaka or Nu3) and you are already done!
