Here is a new workout video for you to get your heart rate pumping and to work your core.

The Workout:
(perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat 4 times. Rest 1-2 minutes between each Circuit.)

  • Up&Over Burpee
    Reverse Crunch&Jump
  • Box Side Hops
    Plank Jump Ins
  • Squat&Front Kick
    Mountain Climbers
  • Star Jumps
    Shuffle on Bench
