Since reading the book “Woman Code” and I have done the 4 Day Food-Cleanse from the book to reset my endocrine system I am much more aware of what eating “balanced and healthy” really means and that every meal counts. I got much more creative with vegetables, seeds and herbs and whipped up this delicious and hormone balancing beetroot salad.

Detoxifying and hormone balancing

Main ingredients:

  • Cooked Beetroot Cubes
  • Cucumber
  • Blueberries
  • Pomegranate
  • Cooked Quinoa

Herbs and Spices:

  • Parsley
  • Coriander
  • Basil
  • Cumin
  • Clove
  • Ginger
  • Cinnamon
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Pepper

Seeds:

  • Pine Nuts
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Black Sesame Seeds
